NEW COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION
Fragments de Lumière

Collective exhibition by Dora & Charles (Kyano Studio) and Hope & Peter (The Poetry Factory)
Fragments de Lumière brings together four artists whose practices explore nature, memory, transformation, and the traces that light leaves behind.
For this exhibition, Charles (Kyano Studio) presents a new series of nature cyanotypes created using infrared photography, revealing unseen dimensions of the natural world. Dora transforms discarded and "failed" cyanotypes into mixed-media artworks, giving them a second life through weaving, stitching, and fabric manipulation, where fragments become new landscapes and forms.
Hope, poet, illustrator, and photographer, presents a collection of poems accompanied by vibrant watercolor illustrations inspired by nature, imagination, and everyday wonder.
Peter, photographer and graphic designer, showcases a series of photographs that explores the intersection of light and landscape, inspired by the poetry of the living world
Together, their works invite visitors to slow down, to contemplate, and to rediscover the poetry of the world.

MEET
Hope & Peter
Hope is defined as the feeling of expectation and the dream for something to happen. Her name has inspired a lifelong creative search for identity, community, and connection. Through paint, poetry and performance, she hopes to cultivate spaces of home and hospitality. Hope believes mundane moments can become miraculous through recognizing the poetry that connects us all. Nature, prayer, light, and the experience of being present inspires her unique process.
Hope is a multidisciplinary artist and poet raised in California with her studio in Semur-en-Auxois, France. Receiving her master's degree from La Sorbonne in fine arts and a bachelor's honors degree from UC Santa Barbara. She and the love of her life Peter, host artists for retreats in their home in Burgundy with their nonprofit, The Poetry Factory.
Peter is driven by curiosity and admiration. By day, he freelances as an art director. By night, he moonlights as a photographer and poet, often merging the two and allowing one medium to inform the other. He is fascinated by the lyrical qualities of dusk and the rhythm of an imperfect lens.
Hailing from Santa Rosa and being a fifth-generation Californian, he is enthralled by the natural realm. He spends his limited free time cycling, baking, and dreaming.
